Team India had kangaroo curry at Ahmedabad, Now its time to have Pakistani Biryani...


Team India have to clear 3 M... Motera, Mohali, and Mumbai...Motera has been won, now its turn to win Mohali and win against their traditional rival. We have seen a great match of India Vs Australia, which was played in my hometown Ahmedabad, and we won by 5 wickets...Australia out of this world cup by our knock out punch. This win proves Indian metal, and proves how strong team we are. India have secured their place in the semi final against Pakistan. And its time to have some Pakistani biryani. 

Well, Pakistan's team have 1 feature, that is go at the opponent as hard as they can, play with junoon. And that junoon gets its pick when they play against India. But remember, when they come hard at India, they are sent back to Pakistan at the double speed they come. We have seen it lot of times in recent past. Team India have never lost against Pakistan in all the World cup since 1975. And who can forget the last encounter in the 2003 world cup?? Truly a great match. Sachin smashed the ravalpindi express to all the parts of ground and even out of the ground, played 1 of the greatest innings in his life. And Yuvraj Singh finished that match with his half century. Same performance is required now, Sachin and Yuvraj are in best of forms now a days.

Pakistan have their spin attack which has given many problems to the other teams. But, i think India have better players of spin and they don't need to be worried about it. Gautan Gambhir is the best batsman against spin bowling in our team. And of course Sachin and Sehwag are there to attack. Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh are also goo against spin. So, over all we don't need to worry about that. And in the batting department Pakistan lacks consistency, we just need to bowl well. Pakistan haven't made big score in this tournament yet. So, bating department is their weakness. We need to attack at their batting. And remember we are playing at home. The crowd is with us all the time and with their support we will win.

In short, Team India cannot afford to loose this match. so, Go and conquer the storm and win. 120 crore people  want them to win and they are behind Team India.....I wish the match gets interesting and high voltage and at the end India win and secure their place in the final of the world cup. Come on Team India....De ghuma k ghuma k world cup de.

For all the die-hard fans of Indian and Pakistan cricket teams, something is coming.....can you guess what it is??? 2011 World Cup Semi Final, a match of India Vs Pakistan, that too in India..

Well, most of us expected India Vs Pakistan in finals.....but, surprise....they will fight for a place in 2011 World Cup Final(*conditions apply...If India win against Australia, and Pakistan looks almost through to the semis.) India Vs Pakistan match is always a treat to the fans, full of excitement, always high tempo, high voltage game. And that too, in a World cup, and also the semi final, absolute treat. I think the most precious match for both the teams, because they just can't afford to loose against each other. And of course it's the Semi Final of the world cup.

India Vs Pakistan.....one cannot predict who will win, cannot say what's going to happen....But, he can predict something for sure...A great battle full of Excitement, full of Jhunoon, full of drama, full of energy and obviously full house. The streets will be empty, shops closed, atmosphere like a holiday or a festival...all of us will be concentrating on just one thing. the Jung of India Vs Pakistan. No one can measure the excitement levels of the fans. Even the players are excited to perform their best against their traditional rivals. And there is immense pressure on them to do well and win the match for the Nation. Well, If we check records in world cups, India have the Upper Hand over Pakistan. Our Team India have never lost against Pakistan in any of the world cups. And this time, there are no vacuum, no chance of loosing. They just can't afford to loose against Pakistan. The match will be played in Mohali, India, so...we will get crowd behind us, a lot of support from the people.

Team India will be depending upon their best performers Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan. Because they can handle any pressure and give their best when team needs. Youngsters will also be tested and i hope they perform up to their abilities, hold their nerves in the pressure.And i have mentioned about the Team India in previous posts. Over all, we require an outstanding team performance to beat Pakistan, because they will be coming hard at us, we have to stand still and calm and deliver a winning performance, a Victory which will never be forgotten, the most precious gift to the 120 crore fans of Team India.

First of all, we need a victory against Australia. I believe that we are going to win and will be facing Pakistan in the Semi Final...GOOD LUCK Team India..De Ghuma ke, Ghuma ke world cup de....and all you supporters remember "Team aise hi nahi jeet ti, Jeetana padta hai..!!!"

Team India in this world cup

The ICC Cricket World cup 2011 has started and the 1st round is about to get over. Team India is certain to go to the next level as Bangladesh have lost against South Africa. But, the question is, had Team India performed as well as they were expected to perform?? I think NO, they haven't performed well.

Before the start of the tournament, India were the favorites, favorites for the Title. All the cricketing experts said that India have the strongest team, ON PAPER i should say. Although it doesn't look like they are the strongest team. I agree that the team India is defiantly the strongest team on paper. But Cricket is not played on paper. We have to perform well to win. there are 3 departments...batting, bowling and fielding.

1st of all, we have the great batting line-up full of experience and talent. But, the consistency is not there. Perhaps the batsmen know that we are little weak in the bowling department. So, they try to over compensate for that. in trying this they don't perform as they could or as they should. We are getting great starts, but failing to capitalize on them. they can't wack every ball out of the park. but, they should play sensible cricket and have some thinking behind the innings. Batting powerplay doesn't mean you have to score 100 runs in 5 overs. play smart cricket and you will get 40-50 odd runs easily. just hit a boundary or two every over and you will get those runs. And i think if Virat Kohli is ordered the 7th man in, its a waste of talent. He is very good at the top, to build an innings, not so good to go out and play shots from 1st ball. Suresh Raina can do that, so if it is 7th number, MS Dhoni should prefer Raina. that's all....I know they have the talent and experience. Its just that we have to perform well. and I know we will....

In the bowling department, it's the same thing. talent is there but performance isn't matching up to their abilities........Why Dhoni is keen to play Piyush Chawla in every match?? I think he must get R Ashwin in the team, who is a wicket taker and good in a containing role. And Ashish Nehra doesn't look in good form. We should play only 2 fast bowlers. 1st is Zaheer and 2nd Munaf or Sreesaanth. And 2 spinners Harbhajan and Ashwin. 5th bowling options may be Yuvraj, Pathan and Raina or Sehwag. Ashwin can also be used to bowl in powerplays. In the knock out matches, we will require better bowling performance. I hope we will get the correct combination.

Fielding.......well there in nothing much i would say.It will remain the same, some excellent fielding with some sloppy work....

In short, We have the ammunition to fire, and i wish they fire at the right time...and India get the CUP. any thing less than that must not be accepted.

Cricket is not just a game for India, it's a religion.......and Sachin Tendulkar is "THE GOD".
More than a billion people and one and only wish, ICC CRICKET WORLD CUP 2011. They all say that India has the greatest team ever in this world cup. and now WE want the greatest team to win, and win the world and give the greatest and the bestest gift to us and also to THE LEGEND himself, Sachin Tendulkar. Although i know that cricket is the team sport, it's played for the team. But this time we want the cup for "THE GOD".

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar......is there any thing that this man hasn't done for us, for team INDIA? Well, the answer is all you know. He has given his every breath, every effort and every moment to the team and to cricket world. And now it is time for the team to deliver something to him, give a special gift, WORLD CUP, The only achievement  Sachin hasn't got in his great career. He desperately wants it and so do whole India.

Now, Let's get realistic. We have the team that can win us the cup.
the leader is the captain cool Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Calm, cool headed leader and of course a Lucky captain. We have probably the best opening combination, Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag, the most destructive batsman. than Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli to follow, both strong in technique, good at building innings.....than Yuvraj singh and MS Dhoni who can hit the ball all over the park. and than comes a special talent, Yusuf Pathan, true hard heater, who can clear any ground easily and win matches from nowhere. Suresh Raina can b replacing any player, who is also a match-winer in the Indian conditions. So, we have the most powerful batting line-up.
The bowling department is perhaps weak comparing other teams. but we have got some good bowlers. Led by Zaheer Khan. there are some impressive fast bowlers S Sreesaanth, Munaf Patel, and Ashish Nehra. In the spin department the turbonater, Harbhajan Singh is the leader with talented R Ashvin and leg spinner Piyush Chawla. Over all very good bowling unit.

SO, we have a very good team. good enough to beat any side in the world, good enough to win the world cup. now, we want the performance, the winning performance from them to win the world cup and also the billions of hearts. I know they can do it, WE can do it. so support TEAM INDIA....and remember 'Team aise hi nahi jeet ti, jeetana parta hai..!!!'


A small dream by this true fan of team India - Sachin scores his 50th ODI hundred and over all 101st....India win the WC final. and Sachin gets the man of the match as well as man of the series and of course the CUP. :)

2011 ICC CRICKET WORLD CUP, the 10th world cup and probably the most awaited one, has started from Sher-e-Bangla stadium with Sehwag's bang.

India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the co-hosts of the tournament. And 14 nations are playing for the world cup. All the big teams, those are the test playing nations, aiming at the top and they are capable of achieving the 1st place. That is the main reason why it is the most awaited event of the cricketing world. India, Australia, South Africa, Sri lanka, England, Pakistan, New Zealand, West Indies are the strong contenders. looks like almost all the well known teams could go to the top. All the teams have some extremely talented players and some consistent performers. It could be any body's game. But, i am supporting the TEAM INDIA.
